Shana has over 7 years’ experience within the LJ Hooker network and absolutely loves the well-known and trusted brand. As the Customer Service Manager, Shana is an extra point of contact for all our clients to ensure the lines of communication remain open and transparent.

Customer service is an integral part of our business and allows us to capture feedback to improve our services and to ensure that the quality and service provided exceeds our customer expectations.
